Role Summary

We have a brilliant role available in our Capability Team! The Learning and Development Coordinator role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for providing centralised administration, coordination and support for effective delivery and management of learning and development across Tabcorp. The role will also collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver all compliance modules across the organisation.

This varied and busy role will be responsible for –

•             Managing bookings, attendance and coordination for all online and face-to-face training programs, including on site set up and coordination during the program

•             When required, facilitating face-to-face training ie Tabcorp’s Induction Program and any other related training

•             Managing the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System and associated platforms

•             Working closely with the Tabcorp teams and People Analytics Insights Lead to ensure all online learning content, including compliance, is up-to-date and

               relevant to support an optimal employee experience 

•             Providing support to all PC-led events, including such as International Women’s Day, Recognition events.

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in Business, HR or a related discipline, who may have a qualification or accreditation in training, such as Train the Trainer or Certificate IV in Training. You will also have experience in a training, learning or HR coordinator role and will have experience in the administration of an LMS, such as Successfactors.

Key to your success in this role will be your excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, your adaptability, your ability to “juggle many balls at one time”, coupled with your strong customer service and results focused approach.
