Role Snapshot

The Manager of Analytics & Audience, Performance Marketing will oversee a team of technical specialists to ensure that a best in class digital marketing technology and data ecosystem is strategically delivered for Lotteries to drive commercial and customer value.

How you will contribute

Duties to include but not limited to:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide overall strategy for the design & implementation of digital marketing technology across all digital & customer touch points
  • Act as the primary stakeholder to senior stakeholders to recommend new digital initiatives based on insights derived from Analytics & audience programs
  • Define and democratize a core set of digital & customer metrics for the group to measure digital operations performance against
  • Prepare monthly executive level reporting & dashboards pertaining to overall digital marketing & audience activity
  • Manage technology projects that involve the integration of offline and transactional data sources into digital analytics tools
  • Lead strategic commercial relationships with third party marketing technology vendors (E.g Adobe)
  • Manage the P&L and budget for digital analytics & audience projects

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Commerce or other relevant fields. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce environment.

You will have an advanced understanding of the digital marketing and customer lifecycle. You will also have the ability to create a strategic plan which aligns to high level business objectives. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with web analytics software and Data Management Platforms (Adobe Analytics & Adobe Audience Manager or equivalent.)
