What you’ll do

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating experiences that add value to our customers and the business. A challenging role that will see you partnering with our customers to identify and solve problems, creating products that make our customers’ wagering experience more engaging. You will be responsible to design exciting customer experiences with trust and integrity.

  • Collaborate with members of the UX team to research, design and validate ideas with customers and stakeholders
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys/flows, mock-ups and prototypes for a variety of devices and interfaces (including but not limited to apps, web, voice, AR, and devices in venues)
  • Facilitate collaborative design workshops to provide leadership to the product and delivery teams on lean user experience concepts
  • Create prototypes to enable rapid user feedback cycles
  • Play a contributing role in all forms of user research (interviews, surveys, workshops)
  • Use best practices around iterative HCD to ensure that our products continue to add value to customers post release 
  • Craft pixels and deliver end-UI designs in accordance with TAB Design System
  • Work closely with Product Owners on day-to-day basis to communicate effectively with data analytics and delivery team members to ensure design assumptions and hypotheses can be effectively validated.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of product performance on regular basis to communicate with key stakeholders and relevant teams via presentations, engagements and reports.
  • Actively participate in design review sessions and provide constructive feedback to other designers
  • Professional and self-development so you can become the UX professional you want to be

What you’ll bring

Working knowledge of tools like Axure, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Adobe Suite or similar. Understanding of W3C standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations. In addition, basic understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, Javascript etc. Overall, sound experience in a previous role as a UX professional.

Solid grasp on UX and UI Design principles with prior experience in designing complex customer facing apps on iOS and Android.
