What you’ll do

Customer Prize Consultants provide experience, advice, support and excellence in customer service to our lotteries customers (i.e. prize winners and general customers). This new and exciting opportunity is based in our Sydney Olympic Park office. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday, standard business hours.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the administration of prizes and associated activities
  • Deliver a great customer experience in line with customer service standards.
  • Manage customer issues with business expectations to resolve customer problems whilst taking responsibility for resulting actions.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Provide consistent, professional, expert communication to customers, retailers and the business relating to Lotteries products and services across multiple contact channels.
  • The ability to work under pressure and make considered decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and manage confidentiality with customer
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires high attention to detail

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, retail and/or banking role
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This role is currently based out of our Olympic Park premises but we will be moving to Granville by May 2020.
