Reporting to our Head of OD, this position will have key accountability for creating and executing a broad range of OD programs of work that support and build capability across Pacific National.
This includes leadership programs, employee engagement, values embedment and total rewards management. The role will be involved in workplace culture projects and will provide strategic oversight and design of the methods Pacific National chooses to adopt.
You’ll be expected to work within organisational design frameworks to identify and deliver operating model analytics, improvements and efficiency.
High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to success in this role.
Ideal applicants will need to demonstrate relationship management strengths as a collaborative leader with clear evidence of ability to build successful stakeholder relationships and influence without authority.
In addition, our ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate:
- Proven experience and performance in a similar role
- Background in change management
- Strong analytics background highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification within relevant discipline
- Hogan and LSI accreditation advantageous
