Due to unprecedented growth, Buslink VIVO is looking for motivated Professionals to join our team of Bus Operators.


About Buslink VIVO:

Buslink VIVO (Vehicle In, Vehicle Out) was born out of a joint venture between two experienced logistics partners – Transdev, one of the World’s leading private and public multi-modal transport companies and Buslink, an Australian owned national public and private bus company with over 20 years’ experience.


Buslink VIVO provides personnel transport services for the Ichthys Project Onshore LNG Facilities in Darwin, Northern Territory.


This role will see you:

  • Undertake an extensive Induction package which is aligned to the nationally recognised TLI31216 Certificate III in Driving Operations qualification.
  • Provide safe transportation in accordance with Australian and Northern Territory Road regulations and standards.
  • Work across a 24/7 Operation.
  • Ensure the vehicle operated is as clean and comfortable as possible.
  • Refueling of vehicles after every service and/or when required.
  • Washing vehicles and other cleaning duties when required.



  • MR Licence (minimum) with the capacity to obtain an H Endorsement
  • Availability and willingness to work within a 24 hour operation. 
  • Compliance with the National Standards assessing Fitness to Drive for Commercial Vehicle Drivers.
  • Meet requirements for Police checks [Federal Police Certificate for criminal convictions, traffic demerit point’s record].
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively without close supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide and deliver a courteously rendered customer service focus at all times.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to read, understand and complete common work forms.



  • Previous experience in a customer service industry.
  • Certificate I, II and/or III in Road Transport/Bus Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience operating a commercial passenger bus or coach.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and manoeuvre a vehicle to the competency standard required.
