Assistant Director, Data Management and Analytics Malibu Campus
This position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing data management processes and analytics initiatives at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law (CSOL). This position supports all law school related information systems used by law school departments, including those related to admissions information, student information, course information, and administrative software and programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the mining and reporting of data used and analyzed by the Dean and other members of CSOL administration to provide insights that will improve decision-making processes. This position will also support providing data and information for survey completion, including accreditation purposes.
Senior Project Manager Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Project Director of the Department of Design and Construction, and in collaboration with your colleagues, assist in leading DDC including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and others. Executive Director of Administration Malibu Campus
The University's Executive Director of Administration is a key member of the Executive Vice President's leadership team, reporting directly to the Associate Vice President for Administration. Specialist, Moving and Setup Malibu Campus
The Specialist, Moving and Setup will facilitate and handle University property, furniture and equipment; place and arrange equipment and furniture for University events and moving projects; process all inventory items for the Warehouse utilizing a computerized inventory control system, including receipt confirmations, stock issuing and records maintenance; perform other related duties as assigned. The Marketing and Publicity Manager develops compelling marketing and publicity materials for internal and external audiences, disseminating them across multiple print and digital platforms. The Marketing and Publicity Manager also works closely with members of IMC who assist with design, copy-writing, public relations, and social media campaigns that promote and publicize events, performances, and exhibitions. The Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University includes the 450-seat Smothers Theatre, the 118-seat Raitt Recital Hall, the 100-seat Lindhurst Theatre, and the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art. Each season, the Marketing and Publicity Manager supports marketing and publicity efforts for approximately 30 professional presentations a year, 10 Fine Arts Division performances, and 4 museum exhibitions.

Custodian II Malibu Campus
The Custodian Level II physically completes the various tasks required to maintain assigned buildings and areas, generally, but not exclusively, within the student residential community, in a clean and orderly condition. A person in this position engages in the work of cleaning campus facilities, according to instructions and/or documented best practices. This work includes performing heavy cleaning duties, such as: cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cleaning showers and restroom, cleaning stoves and gas bar-b-que grills, cleaning laundry rooms, emptying all interior trash containers and removing litter and rubbish from building front and rear entrances. Duties also include reporting any safety concerns or unsafe conditions that require correction, or any other items needing repairs, immediately reporting any accidents or injuries to their supervisor, performing physical work to complete the cleaning of assigned area in the time allotted, advising lead when workload or conditions encountered will cause the assignment to not be completed in the allotted time, and accepting changes in work assignments demonstrating a commitment to flexibility and teamwork. The Custodian II is also responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in a safe manner at all times, in compliance with adopted standards, and for striving to produce the best possible results. This includes, but is not limited to, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) and the following of safe work practices. Occasionally, the work assigned to the Custodian II requires that person to work in facilities outside of the student residential community, sometimes including traveling to other locations. The work assigned to this position occurs within shared student living spaces. It is imperative that resident students, and their guests, are treated with utmost courtesy and that their privacy is respected at all times.

Assistant Director, Prospect Development Training and Support Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director, Prospect Development Training and Support is primarily responsible for the management of training, policies, and processes for Pepperdine’s advancement database, the Raiser’s Edge (RE/NXT) toward best practice data access, data entry, and data management. Working closely with subject matter experts across Advancement, this position will develop and manage a modular training program and accompanying documentation library for all RE/NXT users. This position will also partner with Prospect Development colleagues to develop and maintain data integrity reports in support of individual, departmental, and institutional goals and priorities to ensure data hygiene.
