Opportunity 
We are looking for an individual to join us in the Human Resource team where you will lead the HR Plans & Analytics team as well as the HR Benefits Service & Systems team. The role will require you to:
• Provide strategic direction for workforce planning across DSTA and develop effective workforce strategies to address manpower issues and ensure sustainable job growth.

• Drive the adoption of HR data analytics to shape and track effectiveness of HR strategies and generate useful insights for management reporting.
• Lead the annual staff engagement survey that would provide insights that would help to enhance staff engagement across DSTA.

• Lead a team to provide a one-stop service to employees in HR welfare & benefits, awards and exit management.
• Drive digitalisation in HR and leverage technology to streamline HR work processes.

Requirements
• Degree with at least 10 years of relevant HR experience 
• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
