You will be part of the team, which continuously looks into enhancing productivity and efficiency of the service delivery chain to meet corporate and PSD standards. You will need to work with other internal divisions and external agencies to consistently improve feedback processes, systems and operations to meet service excellence standards amidst other responsibilities that will be assigned on an ad hoc basis. You should also enjoy working with data and draw useful insights from various feedback channels.

Requirements

- Tertiary Qualification in any discipline with with at least 2 years of relevant experience 

- Good verbal and written communication skills required

- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic team player with good time management

- Customer service-oriented and analytical individual with strong desire to constantly learn and make improvements

- Advanced proficiency in MS excel; attention to details

- Knowledge of chatbot applications (e.g. AskJamie) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) preferred
