The Centre for Educational Development is looking for experienced and dynamic trainers, researchers and pedagogy experts to support its expanding in-house and external professional development programmes. We are looking for candidates with one or more of the following specializations: Educational Research/Applied Research

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver in-house and external professional development programmes in the key areas of teaching skills, curriculum models, workplace training, assessment practices at the workplace and classroom and using technology in the classroom, focusing on learner-centred principles of teaching and learning
  • Conduct educational research and incorporate findings in the training programmes and policy development
  • Workplace Training, Adult Training and Professional Education

Requirements

  • A relevant degree / qualification in education and / or training
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in teaching or staff training and development
  • Excellent people and coaching skills
  • An eye for details and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
