Responsibilities

  • Provide support, administer registration and enrolment process for Continuing Education and Training (CET) Course
  • Update and ensure the trainees' detail in ACI Trainee Management System is up-to-date
  • Assist in the day-to-day CET course admin and course operations such as processing daily payment settlement, billing to corporate clients, process refund and any financial related matters
  • Support outreach and marketing events such as weekend roadshows and open house

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Administration or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills with ability to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Able to multi-task and must be meticulous, organised and IT-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work staggered hours to support early morning office commencement, or evening classes, roadshows/events
