Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Division Head of Resourcing team, and part of the Strategy Group.

In this role, you will be part of the team to;

  • Develop a resource allocation framework to support Sport Singapore’s corporate priorities and achieve the deliverables of Vision 2030. In this capacity, it identifies relevant data sources, selects the appropriate methodologies for analysis, recommends the deployment of resources and evaluates the effectiveness of its utilization.
  • Develop the mechanics to monitor utilization rate, measure returns on investment and re-deployment resources to maximize opportunities and evolving priorities.
  • Recommend the annual budget allocation and supports corporate-wide work planning exercise.

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • Experience and knowledge in resource planning and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills that allow for interpretation of budgetary, financial, and related management information.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to respond positively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility in all circumstances
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work cooperatively with persons across the organization
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, especially with regards to sensitive or confidential personnel or organizational matters.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using spreadsheet, charting, and other software and web application tools to support data analysis and presentation.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3- year contract in the first instance.
