As an MOH officer, you will be involved in formulating and implementing policies that guide Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. You will work alongside a team with varied skills and backgrounds, but with the common goals of (i) promoting good health and reducing illnesses; (ii) ensuring that Singaporeans have access to good and affordable healthcare; and (iii) pursuing medical excellence. Your work will have far-reaching impact on the health and lives of Singaporeans.


You will be part of a finance team that manages the Ministry's budget, financial operations and procurement process. You will work on budget planning to ensure the effective management of resources in line with national strategic outcomes. You will also analyse and evaluate budget proposals from statutory boards and agencies. 


  • Degree, preferably in areas related to Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or/and procurement preferred
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, and meticulous
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
