Job Description

As an Executive, Corporate Services in Centralised Admin Office (CAO) in Education Services Division (ESD), you will be providing general administrative support including providing timely advice and guidance on administrative matters and reviewing/improving work processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support in grant disbursement, processing financial assistance applications and database management
• Supporting branch general administration in areas of file and mail management,  resetting of system passwords and coordinating the issuing/returning of IT equipment, and onboarding/exit of staff
• Providing logistics and administrative support for events such as sourcing for venues, printing and packaging of meeting materials
• Managing and maintaining fixed assets inventory and providing other general administrative support to the branch and taking on secondary appointments as assigned


Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in general administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and resourceful with strong planning, multi-tasking and analytical skills
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good understanding of procurement, GeBIZ and finance in the Civil Service would be an advantage
• GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’-Level or ITE certificate in an administration or business-related discipline; those who possess other qualifications with more than 4 years of general administration experience may also apply
