The Industry Division / Centre for Urban Greenery and Ecology (CUGE) of the National Parks Board oversees the industry development, applied research and skills training for the Landscape Industry, which covers design, implementation and maintenance

 Within our vision is the enhancement of productivity, improvement in operations and elevation of competencies and professionalism of the local landscape Industry.

 As part of the Industry Development group, you will support the Project team in administration schemes and system support functions. Job responsibilities include supporting the respective Manager in the preparation of Management Reports, project updates, provide weekly reports where necessary. In addition, you will occasionally be required to assist the division and staff in other duties.


 The duties will include:-

 •            Perform a wide range of operational, administrative and customer service functions including documentation and filing

•            Collate relevant information for reports

•            Document client discussions, meeting minutes

•            Perform duties and obligations assigned by the manager and participate in all briefing and debriefing sessions and meetings                              when required



  •       Diploma in any discipline
  •       Advantageous to have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a project management team
  •       Has good practical knowledge of business operations and processes including computerised systems
  •       Good written & verbal communication in English and preferably Mandarin
  •       Meticulous, patient and careful with details
  •       Able to demonstrate resilience and ability to thrive in fast paced environment and able to work under pressure and tight                          deadline
  •       Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work well with a team
