To achieve this, HPB drives national health promotion and disease prevention programmes, spearheads health education initiatives and creates a supportive environment in Singapore where healthy lifestyle options are available and accessible for healthy living every day.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated product marketer who will be tasked to promote HPB’s health messages and priority programmes to the public through effective, engaging, compelling communications and content strategy across HPB-owned digital platforms. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Digital Marketing. 

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a genuine passion for all things digital; with previous experience in the management of website content, the build and production of mobile applications and responsive HTML pages/emails. This scope includes but not limited to:

  • Serve as thought leader on the role of digital solutions for HPB, in delivering meaningful impact to healthy lifestyle promotion and disease prevention.
  • Sets the product marketing strategy for HPB’s digital assets including websites, mobile apps and CRM; Execute and implement conscientiously within set timelines and budget allocations
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, external agencies and other vendor partners to drive the end-to-end delivery of HPB’s digital projects.
  • Measure and report performance of digital assets and provide analytical and strategic assessments against goals and KPIs.


Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Practical experience in a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven track record to drive data-focused decisions with solid working knowledge of Marketing automation software (e.g. Experian, Mailchimp, Marketo), Website and Mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) and Content management technologies, designs, architectures and principles.
  • Strong background and knowledge of web analytics tools, HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
  • Collaborative attitude with strong inter-personal skills necessary to present and interact confidently across the organization, and with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and executional skills are necessary to manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
