The position is responsible for promoting the Singapore Polytechnic (SP) brand to our stakeholders namely potential students, parents and educators through face-to-face engagement at events such as roadshows and Open House.

The appointee is expected to work with all levels of staff in the various schools and departments in SP.


  • Strengthen collaboration with secondary schools to provide education and career guidance to students
  • Organise and execute outreach events to engage SP’s key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with SP’s academic schools to support their outreach programmes 
  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies to promote SP  
  • Manage SP student ambassadors including recruitment and training


  • At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in the field of communications/events management/marketing 
  • Relevant working experience in the education industry or managing partners from educational institutions will be an added advantage
  • Highly organised, meticulous and strong in project management
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Adaptable and enjoy engaging and interacting with young people
  • Creative and energetic individual with an eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to new ideas and possess the ability to leverage new outreach tools and tactics
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage
