We are responsible for the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines, medical devices, blood and its products and all health-related products available in Singapore. We provide a comprehensive regulatory service for the evaluation and marketing approval of all therapeutic products. We also provide scientific, investigative and analytical support for vital governmental functions such as forensic expertise for the courts, drug and criminal investigations and the regulation of food safety and industrial and environmental health.

Assistant Manager/ Manager - Payroll

Responsibilities

  • Work with external vendor, Vital on the execution of payroll for main cycle, off cycle and casual cycle.
  • Ensure timely and error free monthly salary payment to all employees.
  • Work with internal staff regarding monthly vendor listings, secondment & CERO cost.
  • Ensure Vital provide finance with monthly payroll related journals and accrual amounts.
  • Ensure monthly vendor payment (AUSBE, AUPE, CSC, etc) have been submitted & processed timely.
  • Provide CERO staff renumeration details on quaterly basis.
  • Prepare monthly secondment billing for secondees.
  • Provide SSS & WIN payout reports.
  • Provide Fianance claims reports.
  • Prepare for audit and ensure all payroll audit requirements are adhered to.
  • Timely approval of all medical claims in the system and ensure all medical bills (e.g. NUH, SGH, IHP, etc) received are correct and in order.
  • To handle all matters effectively relating to:
    • Leave Administration
    • WICA claims
    • Medical claims and Dependant cards
    • Handphone reimbursement
    • Shoe Reimbursement

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Finance/ Accountancy.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll.
  • Have a good understanding on tax, IRAS and CPF requirements.
  • Experience in using SAP payroll system.
  • High level of accuracy with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Able to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
