Job Description
You will be an integral part of the team to support the administration and procurement function for the Census of Population 2020.  You will facilitate, manage and implement the office administration and procurement functions for the Census project, in adherence to the Government procurement policies and principles, internal guidelines and best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

-          Manage and administer the procurement of goods and services for the project, including partnering with project officers to establish sourcing approach, requirements specifications, manage calling of quotations/tenders, review evaluation recommendation reports and manage award of contract; 

-          Manage and co-ordinate all office operations, including renovation works, file registry, security, office supplies, telecommunications, despatch etc;

-          Manage and track project assets to ensure all inflow and outflow of assets are properly tracked,  including managing leased equipment subscriptions and inventories, and performing assets physical sighting to update asset records; and

-          Other ad hoc duties as assigned for the project

Job Requirements

-          Knowledge or experience in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines

-          Possesses 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage;

-          Strong sense of urgency, results-focused and work effectively under pressure;

-          Adaptable team player, ability to communicate with key stakeholders;

-          Meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
