Responsibilities

The Personnel Management Unit is looking for a driven and articulate candidate with keen interest in personnel matters. You will be responsible in providing integrated HR services and solutions to the line departments which include recruitment, performance management, advice on personnel policies as well as formulation and implementation of internal HR policies and frameworks. Some of the key responsibilities are:

·         Manage full spectrum of  Human Resource functions and day-to-day transactions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagements and relations, manpower reporting and performance management

·         Oversee the annual performance review cycle and appraisal process

·         Manage multiple HR projects and maintaining regular metrics for tracking and reporting purposes to the management

·         Responsible for the planning, formulation and implementation of HR policies and frameworks

·         Partner with the various stakeholders and management and provide advice on key HR issues, policies and guidelines

·         Assist the management in conceptualizing and operationalizing multi-faceted strategies and policies to enhance efficiencies in human resources.

 

Requirements

·      Degree in any discipline preferably in Human Resource

·      Minimum of 5 years’ working experience. Some public sector and human resource working experience would be preferred

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office

·      Experience in team leading

·      Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and communication skills

·      Knowledge of latest HR trends and best practices

 

Successful applicant will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
