The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organised and proactive digital marketer who will be tasked to promote HPB’s health messages and priority programmes to the public through effective and engaging CRM Marketing Strategy.  This position reports to the Deputy Director, Digital Marketing. 

 

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate is a proactive digital marketer with a data-driven mind-set to maximize marketing effectiveness across the board. Previous experience in planning and delivering CRM marketing campaigns not limited to medium such as email, sms, mobile app platforms and activations is highly desirable.  This scope includes but not limited to:

  • Working with the Deputy Director to on-board a CRM platform structure and architecture for HPB and ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the board with a focus on encouraging user engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Tracking all campaign related performance and collating trend analysis.
Create and administrate comprehensive strategies including marketing automation, customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role managing CRM, loyalty programme management or data analysis
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies will be highly preferred.
  • Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools with understanding of ROI and conversion metrics
  • Possess a collaborative attitude with strong inter-personal skills necessary to present and interact confidently across the organization, and with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and executional skills are necessary to manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
