At the Ministry of Defence, our mission is to enhance Singapore's peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor. You also develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure that MINDEF/SAF’s overall BC readiness is maintained, oversee the implementation of BC initiatives, and conduct exercises to test the readiness of BC and disaster recovery plans. Your challenge lies in innovating and introducing enhancements to existing frameworks, systems and processes to ensure that risk management practices remain effective, meaningful and useful.
