As an MOH officer, you will be involved in formulating and implementing policies that guide Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. You will work alongside a team with varied skills and backgrounds, but with the common goals of (i) promoting good health and reducing illnesses; (ii) ensuring that Singaporeans have access to good and affordable healthcare; and (iii) pursuing medical excellence. Your work will have far-reaching impact on the health and lives of Singaporeans.


You will play a vital role to develop and implement policies pertaining to the practice roles, standards, training and development of the healthcare workforce including nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals to ensure a safe and professional healthcare workforce that meet the healthcare needs for the nation.


  • Degree in health-related disciplines, preferably allied health disciplines, medical or dentistry
  • Prior working experience related to healthcare practice, training of healthcare professionals,  design and implementation of new healthcare services and project management will have an advantage
  • Proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
