Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Job Description

· Champion of experimental learning experiences (both digital and f2f);

· Research and identify new learning technologies and methods for experimentation and implementation;

· Design and advise on holistic (including space, content and flow), engaging and effective learning experiences; and

· Work collaboratively with IDOs in CSCHQ to meet participants’ learning experience needs.


Job Requirements

• Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast changing work environment

• Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, especially with stakeholders in our lead agencies

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development (L&D)

• Experience in designing and developing digital learning objects preferred. Equivalent digital expertise in other domains may be useful. Alternatively, expertise in user experience design etc could be helpful

• Experience in classroom training/facilitation and design of learning interventions / programmes
