As a member of the finance team, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of finance functions which include the formulation of policies and procedures, financial accounting and management accounting.


  • Coordinate financial closing and prepare draft financial statements for audit.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and present outcomes to management and Board to provide insights on business performance and to facilitate decision making.
  • Partner departments/divisions in strategic and operational financial planning, which includes preparing the annual budget that supports our workplans necessary to achieve our corporate goals.
  • Prepare financial performance metrics for reporting to management and Board.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure compliance with budgetary controls and monitor budget utilisation.
  • Oversee management of collections and grant income. This includes review of customer billings, reconciliations and ageing of debtors as well as liaise with other agencies in relation to recovery of costs and collection of operating grant.
  • Foster an environment of effective internal control framework to ensure that long-term assets are safeguarded and accounting records are properly maintained.
  • Assist with new initiatives including data analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and new systems implementation.


  • Professional training in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in the use of advance Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
