FIXED ASSET OFFICER

As a Fixed Asset Officer, you are responsible to track all fixed asset transactions and ensure the prescribed process as laid down in specific government policies and guidelines relating to fixed assets are adequately followed through till completion. 

You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

 

JOB EXPECTATIONS

As a Fixed Asset Officer, you are required to ensure accurate coding of fixed asset transactions and timely update is captured in the Integrated Logistics Management System.

You shall be the expert knowledge provide for work processes and systems related to fixed asset management.

As a Fixed Asset Officer, you will be required to perform any other duties as directed by Head, Finance and Procurement.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with knowledge and experience with SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in ICT jargons and different types of ICT hardware and software
