As a Project Manager, you assist the Programme Manager in managing the project development, systems reliability, availability & maintainability (RAM) study, project life cycle and proper administration and control of ICT system to be installed in Home Team Operations Centre (HOTC).

You will be placed on the Home Team Specialist Scheme.



As a Project Manager, you will ensure that the projects are implemented according to the approved budget, schedule and scope. You will also have to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and ensure smooth handing and taking over of knowledge during project handover.


In addition, you will have to ensure that the HTOC team has a comprehensive understanding of the user requirements and to translate requirement into accurate technical specification for vendor to develop a solution. You will also have to cooperate and collaborate with various groups to achieve organisational objectives.



  • Computer Studies, IT, Electronics, Communications Engineering or any other related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in related IT fields especially in Command, Control & Communication (C3).
  • Sound knowledge of project management concepts, methodologies, techniques and best practices and able to put project management theories into practice.
  • Ability to work and think independently and a good team player and leader.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with a reasonably high level of stress, demonstrate resiliency, drive and level headedness.
