Job Description

As a Senior Human Resource (HR) Executive/ Manager, HR Service, in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Education Partners in MOE Headquarters and schools, in support of MOE HR objectives. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing HR operations reliably and effectively, and ensuring good standard of delivery of HR service pertaining to Education Partners, including case evaluation and management
• Reviewing and implementing HR operational policies, processes and strategies pertaining to the development and retention of MOE employees
• Managing a portfolio of desk functions such as exit management and providing advice on HR matters such as on-boarding programmes, professional development as well as service conditions and benefits
• Engaging line managers to facilitate effective HR management
• Building strong partnership with key partners in policy review, implementation and administration, and working with external organisations on HR aspects for employees undergoing training and/ or HR administration of seconded employees


Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration
• Possess good analytical, communication and writing skills
• A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
• A university degree in any discipline; those without a degree and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply
