As Project Manager, you will assist the Programme Manager in managing the project development, systems reliability, availability & maintenance (RAM), administration and control of all the Singapore Police Force (SPF) critical transmission, network and security system. You will also assist the Programme Manager in developing new transmission capabilities and backhaul technologies that are beneficial for SPF operations.

You will be placed on the Home Team Specialist Scheme.



As a Project Manager, you will ensure that projects are implemented according to the approved budget, schedule and scope. You will also ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and ensure smooth handing and taking over of knowledge during project handover.

In addition, you will serve as the key PTD representative for the User representative of assigned projects and able to demonstrate ability to manage difficult situations related to users.

You will also have to cooperate and collaborate with various groups to achieve organisational objectives.

As a Project Manager, you will also be required to perform any other duties directed by Assistant Director or Program Manager.




  • Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields, preferably with 3 years’ experience in Transmission, Network and Security Infrastructure
  • Fresh graduates may apply

  • Willing to be on 24x7 standby for any system related issues
  • Willing to learn new things, especially on new technologies on transmission, network, security and wireless backhaul.
