As an MOH officer, you will be involved in formulating and implementing policies that guide Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. You will work alongside a team with varied skills and backgrounds, but with the common goals of (i) promoting good health and reducing illnesses; (ii) ensuring that Singaporeans have access to good and affordable healthcare; and (iii) pursuing medical excellence. Your work will have far-reaching impact on the health and lives of Singaporeans.

Responsibilities
Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) is a division established as part of the Health Performance Group in the Ministry of Health to drive the delivery of clinically effective and cost-effective care for Singaporeans through the use of health technology assessment (HTA) and appraisals.
 
You will be responsible for the delivery of ACE’s communications and engagement strategy for both internal and external stakeholders to raise the awareness of its work in driving appropriate care and upholding its good reputation. You will also be called upon to contribute to corporate development activities and provide secretariat support for ACE’s Council and committees.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management and discipline in meeting deadlines
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others and build networks as well as and manage conflicts
