As a Program Manager, you are responsible for the project development, systems reliability, availability & maintainability (RAM) study, project life cycle and proper administration and control of all the SPF Command and Control (C2) related technology systems.

You will be placed on the Home Team Specialist Scheme.


As a Program Manager, you will ensure that the current C2 systems under your charge remains relevant and continues to function at its optimum. You will also have to ensure that any C2 system under your charge are appropriately supported during police operations. You will have to focus on developing new C2 related technology capabilities that the new technologies can bring forth in enhancing the current SPF operations.


In addition, you will have to ensure the projects are delivered within cost, schedule and delivering its required scope. You will also have to explore ways to maintain the existing systems in the most effective manner and yet achieving maximum benefit for the users in terms of system reliability and availability.


You may also be tasked to perform other duties as required by Assistant Director or PTD Directorate.



  • Computer Studies, IT, Electronics, Communications Engineering or any other related fields

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management of C2 related project and with minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Good writing skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
