Job Description

Are you seeking an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Singapore companies through fostering a conducive policy environment and facilitating companies’ resource needs?

The Human Capital and Resources (HC&R) team in Enterprise Singapore can provide you with the opportunity to partner Singapore companies to understand their growth plans and facilitate access to appropriate land/space/manpower resources to realise their plans. You will also analyse and shape land and manpower policies at Whole-of-Government level to ensure that they remain relevant in addressing new industry and company needs in light of changing business trends, while maximising economic outcomes for Singapore.

This role will allow you to develop a broad perspective of land policies and issues to accelerate the growth of our companies. In this role, you will be able to acquire skills in strategy development, policy development, problem solving and stakeholder/company engagement.


Requirements  

•                         At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, business development or client engagement roles

•                         Passion in policy making and working with companies on solutioning for their resource needs

•                         Be inquisitive, open-minded and resourceful

•                         Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

•                         Prior experience in Public Service, especially in policy-related roles, will be an added advantage
