Job Description

As an Associate Psychologist in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will provide psychological services to schools as well as work with Senior Educational Psychologists to assist in developing and reviewing policies, programmes and resources through research.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing consultation to mainstream schools on support structures and processes for students with special educational needs
• Assisting in the development, monitoring and evaluation of support structures and processes, programmes and resources for mainstream schools to support students with special educational needs
• Assisting in research on issues related to special educational needs
• Providing consultation to schools and parents to support students with special educational needs
• Assisting in the design and conduct of training programmes on special educational needs for schools


Professional and Career Development Opportunities

Successful candidates will receive in-house specialised training in Psychology and be supervised by qualified Educational Psychologists.  Outstanding Associate Psychologists who have consistently performed well may also be offered the opportunity to pursue a Masters in Educational Psychology after gaining sufficient experience on the job.



• A degree in Psychology; those with related working experience would be at an advantage
