The Attorney-General's Chambers plays a pivotal role in enhancing the rule of law and strengthening the efficiency and integrity of Singapore's legal system. It also assists the Judiciary in the fair and impartial administration of justice in Singapore in carrying out its prosecutorial functions.

Responsibilities:

The Attorney-General’s Chambers is looking for a driven and articulate candidate with keen interest in workforce transformation to join the organization. You will be leading transformative efforts in driving and implementing change to HR services and solutions. You will also be responsible for providing advice on personnel policies as well as formulation and implementation of internal HR policies and frameworks.

 

Some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the team in reviewing and managing full spectrum of HR processes and transactions
  • Lead or engage in organisational-wide programmes and personnel projects assigned by the management
  • Lead the implementation and management of agency-wide HR policies and frameworks
  • Partner with key stakeholders in attraction, engagement and retention of talent
  • Partner with the various stakeholders and management to provide advice on key HR issues, policies and guidelines
  • Abreast on trends in recruitment and selection through digitalisation

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in annual performance appraisal cycle would be advantageous.
  • Experience end-to-end HR processes including business partnering
  • Numerate and good IT skills with knowledge of HR analytics. 
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide workforce projects
All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
