Outward Bound Singapore (OBS), a division of the National Youth Council (NYC), is part of a world-wide adventure-based training network in more than 30 countries.  OBS is one of the leaders in adventure education in the region.  Over the past 50 years, more than 500,000 individuals have been impacted by an OBS experience.

Manager, Partnership Engagement  

As OBS continues to grow, Partnership Development section is looking for people with the same passion for nurturing the youths even after the Outward Bound programmes and working with partners to better engage and develop these committed youth, to be part of the OBS family.

You will sustain OBS Alumni and OBS Partners through adventure-based or environmental-based experiential learning experiences, including programme administration. You will grow the OBS Alumni and Alumni leaders network to build a pool of ambassadors for OBS to build and sustain connection to the OBS brand and programmes, as well as connecting them to the larger NYC Youth Network.



·         Degree/Diploma;

·         Knowledge of and interest in youth sector would be advantageous;

·         Good analytical, writing, communication, and project management skills;

·         Possess a macro perspective of issues;

·         Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment; and

·         Be a team player who is effective, resourceful, and takes the initiative at work.
