Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide project management office support for the Agency Projects
  • Involve in the procurement related matters for Agency Projects
  • Manage and balance competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk to meet project objective
  • Oversee and track the project activities closely to ensure milestones and deliverables are met within the targeted timeline
  • Manage communications to satisfy requirements, issue resolution and stakeholder management including users, senior management, other agency and vendors
  • Involve in the planning, procurement and tracking of project budget matters, including preparation of RFPs, Tenders, service requests/work orders, evaluation of offers, recommendation of proposals and tracking of budget expenditure
  • Deliver timely status reports, progress measurements and forecasting
  • Involve in the vendor management which includes reviewing and documenting vendor performance and establish corrective actions, if any
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to achieve desired project outcomes

Job Requirements:

  • Good project management capabilities with experience in contract and vendor management
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills


Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
