Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Job Description

·         Collaborate with public agencies, subject matter experts and researchers to shape course content, curriculum and learning outcomes for programmes and events in domain areas, namely, Public Communications and Engagement, Governance, Socio-Economics and International Relations;

·         Support IGP’s engagement with its Fellows, Distinguished Visitors and invited speakers, and liaise with renowned international and local experts from the academia and public service; and

·         Develop programme interventions for continual learning and development including the assessment of trainers/ speakers, and managing communities of practice through networking events and social media

 

Job Requirements

·         At least 2 - 4 years’ working experience;

·         Interest in current affairs and public policy issues, to support content development;

·         Possess strong project management skills and can deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment;

·         Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently, in a team and with external partners;

·         Analytical with strong writing and communications skills;

·         Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work; and

·         Exposure to Learning and Development (including e-learning design) and social media management is a plus
