Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education Academy (PACE) is a leading CET academy that offers a variety of relevant courses for adult learners to enhance their employability.

The appointee will be part of the Marketing team and will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and enhancement of the official website of PACE. The appointee will also need to ensure that the website remains relevant and appealing to the target audience by aligning to the industry’s best practices. 

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and maintain PACE home page (www.sp.edu.sg/pace) and all sub-pages within.
  • Design online content of varying digital media types and oversee the positioning of content for clarity and impact while maintaining PACE’s and SP’s brand guidelines
  • Curate web content by identifying new content needs that can eventually lead to the creation of user-centred and compelling content
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for any new application release and upgrades
  • Leverage effective web metrics to improve usability and the overall customer experience
  • Provide periodic measurement reports, including analysis and solutions/strategy
  • Serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders to seek web collaboration opportunities
  • Guide and provide technical advice to schools and PACE to ensure that the digital and communications tactics adhere to PACE and SP’s brand position and visual identity guidelines.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, tool sets (e.g. copy decks/templates; sample content; glossary of terms), and standards for web content management
  • Manage budget allocated for website maintenance and on-going support services

Requirements:-

  • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in the field of web design and administration
  • Independent individual with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Possess strong coordination and analytical skills
  • Possess the drive to work on new initiatives and maintain relevancy in terms of technical skillset in this field
  • Familiarity with web standards
  • Relevant qualifications in the areas of Web Design and Programming
