The Administration and Finance Department (A&F) upholds the fiduciary responsibilities of the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in the areas of administration, finance and procurement through strengthening governance and building capacity.

As a Manager (Office Management), you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office Management Section, which includes but not limited to the production of police warrant cards, management of Public Service (PS) cards, compilation and publication of Force Orders, and procurement of goods and services for the department.  You also serve as the department’s IT Liaison Officer (ITLO) and Fixed Assets Approving Officer (FAAO).

You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.



Assisted by 5 regular support staff and 1 full-time Police National Serviceman (PNSF), your key responsibility areas include:

  • Provide policy guidance to SPF units on matters relating to management of police warrant cards, PS cards, gift valuations, operational safes and other force-wide office administration processes.
  • Oversee the printing, issuance and destruction of Warrant Cards for SPF.
  • Liaise with Certis CISCO for the processing and issuance of PS Cards.
  • Vet the weekly Force Order and ensure it is published promptly every week.
  • Oversee the valuation, collection and disposal of gifts received by SPF officers.
  • Ensure SPF key officers’ contact details in Singapore Government Directory Interactive (SGDi) are up-to-date.
  • Ensure that maintenance contracts are properly executed according to existing terms and conditions.
  • Analyse the requirements for the purchase of office equipment, furniture and services.
  • Serve as the ITLO and FAAO, in-charge of all IT, inventory and fixed assets-related matters in the department.



  • Good command of English and numeracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Must demonstrate integrity to handle highly confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Organised, resourceful and service-oriented.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the IM, MHA guidelines and other regulations relating to Financial Control, Procurement, Asset Management, IT Management would be an advantage.
