The Education & Community Outreach (ECO) division is looking to hire a candidate who has a keen interest in grants administration.



  • Administer the Heritage Participation Grant, Heritage Project Grant and Our Singapore Fund schemes. This includes assessment of applications, budget and project management and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the grants database
  • Project manage grant applicants from a variety of background on a case-by-case basis
  • Promote the NHB Grant Scheme online via NHB's website and social media by showcasing launched projects
  • Track statistics of outreach activities and feedback from grant recipients and members of public
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Degree in Arts or Business Management with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Keen interest and awareness of the arts, heritage and culture
