Job Description
You will be an integral part of the team to support the finance/office management function for smooth and effective operations of the Census of Population 2020. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Support purchasing functions such as publishing, awarding procurement and issuing electronic contracts using the Government Procurement System (GeBIZ);
  • Perform the role of a Fixed Asset Officer to assist in the management of the Census Office’s fixed assets;
  • Support the Supervisor as liaison officer for the recruitment for temporary staff and perform checks on recruitment agencies’ monthly billing reports;  
  • Manage and update day-to-day financial transactions for billing and payments;
  • Track and monitor various budget and expenditure accounts; and
  • Other administrative duties including maintaining database for reporting, filing and record keeping.
Job Requirements
  • Possess knowledge with at least 3-5 years’ working experience in general administration, accountancy, procurement or business studies
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
  • IT savvy and competent in using Microsoft office applications
