You will be part of the finance team managing accounts payable (funds administration) and procurement functions for the Authority. As part of your work, you will ensure compliance with accounts payable, funds administration, procurement policy and procedures and work closely with the line departments to assist and advise them on related matters and procedures. You may be tasked to review work processes and recommend improvements to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness and assist in other ad-hoc finance related assignments.  


  • A degree in accountancy, business or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and procurement related work.
  • Those with knowledge of Oracle and Government procurement procedures will have an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and effectively as a team.
  • Candidates without relevant experience, but with a positive and learning attitude, will also be considered.

Successful candidates will be offered contract employment. Remuneration shall commensurate with qualification and experience.
