You will support the Singapore Nursing Board in nursing regulation functions and projects. 

Job Description 

1)     Coordinate regulatory processes and procedures pertaining to accreditation of clinical sites for clinical nursing education:

·          Liaise with educational and healthcare institutions to facilitate clinical sites evaluative visits

·          Maintain and update accreditation policies and procedures

·          Maintain and update records and statistics

2)     Lead and oversee SNB Professional Registration System’s (PRS) for Continuing Professional Education (CPE):

·          Review CPE award criteria and guide

·          Review and approve applications and award of CPE points.

·          Seek feedback from various stakeholders/ users on improvements to PRS CPE module

3)    Assist in nursing regulatory projects and functions

4)     Provide secretariat function to Nursing Regulatory Committees.

·           Plan agenda for meetings

·           Prepare and research on relevant background information/papers related to nursing education and other nursing regulation issues.

5)     Support Executive Secretary (ES) and Assistant ES as required.


  •  Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • At least 5 years of working experience in nursing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.  Relevant experience/background in Nursing education would be an advantage.
  • Possess good critical thinking, information analysis, and oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant and articulate with good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Has absolute integrity for confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Resourceful, pro-active and willing to accept challenges
  • Possess Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
