Responsibilities

SportCares Grants

  • Responsible of ensuring that grantmaking operations are planned and carried out well
  • Coordinate grant submissions, evaluate grant proposals and verify eligibility of applicants to ensure completeness and compliance to grant requirements
  • Coordinate Approving Board meetings
  • Notify successful grantees and process post-grant award project management requests (extension, change in KPIs etc.)
  • Progress tracking of grants awarded
  • Exposure to management initiatives and grant-making
  • Other ad hoc duties (networking platforms for grantees etc.)

SportCares Awards 2020

  • Work collaboratively across the teams to facilitate & coordinate the call for nominees for SportCares Award 2020
  • Organise nominations to be sent to Senior Management for approval
  • Lead a range of activities/efforts in planning and organising the Award event

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • Experience in operational processes and project management
  • Preferably with experience in managing grants
  • Motivated, meticulous and a good team player
  • Possesses a proactive nature
