As a statutory board in the Ministry of Communications and Information, IMDA promotes and regulates the infocomm and media sectors.


You will be part of a core team that strategizes, designs and drives culture development, change management, business excellence, team effectiveness and cohesion programmes and initiatives to sustain a healthy and effective organisation.  

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Plan, manage and support interventions at organisation-level and team-level to strengthen team effectiveness and cohesion, guide and steer organisation to achieve organisational goals and desired organisational culture.
  • Plan and execute the collection of employee engagement/feedback data and provide diagnosis for subsequent interventions. 
  • Plan and execute a suite of internal communications and engagement initiatives to create a strong sense of identity, belonging, culture, and pride in the organisation among staff.
  • Manage OD-related corporate policies and processes.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to support the organisation’s efforts towards continuous improvement in line with Business Excellence certification framework.
  • Provide end to end OD consultancy/advisory services at varying levels (including strategic, tactical and operational) as well as propose, develop and implement business solutions in order to meet the OD needs of the business units and therefore achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Develop project initiatives to enhance Employee Value Proposition, with the objective to further engage & motivate staff to invest in a meaningful career experience
  • Partner with HR in growing the IMDA brand as the employer of choice


At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, where prior experience in organisation development, internal communications or organisation excellence is preferred, but not required.

You should have an interest in human and organisation behaviour with a keen desire to learn.  You should be a good communicator with good inter-personal skills. You should possess good analytical, writing, presentation, project and event management skills, and be comfortable with public speaking.

You should be empathetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible, meticulous and creative. You should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and during times of change, independently, and as a team player.

Position will commensurate with experience.
