The Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) provides the edge Singapore needs to excel in the new economy by developing the infocomm and media industries and facilitating effective public communications.

As part of MCI, you will have a key role in remaking Singapore. We work towards our vision by formulating policies to develop and promote Singapore’s infocomm and media sectors. We also foster greater understanding between the Government, Singaporeans and stakeholders by facilitating effective public communications.

As Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive (Office Management), you will:

  1. Perform and manage MCI’s logistical and administrative services
  2. Review and propose ways to improve existing processes, including automating manual processes
  3. Perform procurement processes related to admin and facilities as well as propose and track annual budget
  4. Manage contractors and vendors in timelines and service delivery
  5. Provide support for data and statistics generation to measure performance
  6. Oversee fixed assets management processes
  7. Any other work-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years’ experience in office management
  2. Good knowledge of departmental procedures, policies, systems and regulations
  3. Demonstrate ability to work in a team and independently
  4. Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels in a professional manner
  5. Proficient in Microsoft office applications
