With the cybersecurity landscape today constantly evolving with new threats and vulnerabilities, many organizations are at risk, or have already been compromised. Do you want to play a critical role in defending our Smart Nation against such threats?

Successful candidate will be part of the Incident Response Team that manages and investigates cyber security incidents. We are looking for an experienced programme manager to support the management team in planning and driving programmes. As an Incident Response Programme Manager, you will be leading a team and responsible for improving the operational processes as well as recommend enhancements to improve the maturity in Incident Management.

What to expect:


  • Develop incident management roadmap and strategy; and expand on programmes identified within the strategy

  • Drive the work plan and track the progress of individual programmes

  • Develop, update and track KPIs and KRIs

  • Assist with manpower allocation and capability development plans

Programme Management

  • Manage and maintain oversight of programme scope, resourcing and schedule to ensure timely delivery of programmes assigned

  • Provide incident response requirements for key projects and initiatives

  • Draft and submit papers and reports to seek management approval for programmes and funding

  • Manage procurement activities for the programmes and contracts

  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on progress

Knowledge and Process Management

  • Drive operational maturity for the Incident Response team

  • Manage operational knowledge and records management

  • Streamline and improve operational processes and effectiveness  

How to succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and technical groups

  • Knowledge of cyber security, project life cycle management and IT operations management

  • Familiarity with best security practices

  • Project Management and Incident Management certifications are preferred


  • Demonstrate good judgment while under pressure

  • Able to work with sense of urgency while paying attention to detail

  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, initiative, energy and endurance

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Singapore Citizen only
