  • Lead and supervise a team that strategizes, plan and delivers end-user computing, academic computing and IT service management services for staff and students
  • Manage outsourced partners and service providers to ensure smooth provisioning of Service Desk and End-User Support
  • Design, implement and enforce end-user policies and procedures to meet operational and security requirements
  • Manage and track all end-point devices
  • Support end-user systems such as Email, SMS, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Office 365 etc
  • Design, plan and execute IT projects
  • Prepare operating and project budgets
  • Provide IT support to Addition and Alteration (A&A) works in the campus
  • Plan and collaborate with other Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on joint-tenders and projects


  • Relevant background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information System
  • At least 5 years of experience in management of the IT Service Management Centre and in project budgeting
  • Good understanding of Instruction Manual 8 and experience in an Education Institution will be advantageous
  • At least a ITIL v3 Practitioner certification (preferably in Service Operations)
  • Strong knowledge in end-user technologies such as Windows OS, End Point security protection, Outlook, Office 365, Sharepoint etc
  • Strong project management, analytic, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
