  • Assist the CFO in financial reporting and/or operations.
  • Establish, review and maintain effective policies and procedures.
  • Manage the resources and general administration in the department.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic business plans and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Provide direction to groom the finance team by strategically incorporating technology and building the skills of finance staff.



  • Background in Accountancy with more than 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of direct experience in a management role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn fast, multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.
  • Possess dedication and commitment to drive the teams to deliver results. 
  • Prior experience in a government agency would be an advantage.
