As a statutory board in the Ministry of Communications and Information, IMDA promotes and regulates the infocomm and media sectors.

 

Responsibilities

1.       Governance, Policy & SOP

·         Develop and review policy, SOP and governance for the SMEs Go Digital (SGD) programme and initiatives, including liaising with IMDA divisions and external agencies.

·         Provide guidance to team members on policy, SOP and governance matters.

·         Liaise with internal and external auditors on the audit of SGD programme initiatives.

 

2.       Operations & process

·         Oversee the claims processing operation for grants.

·         Oversee the administration/operational support of projects with other agencies.

·         Monitor and resolve operational issues.

 

3.       Reporting

·         Oversee the management reporting requirements for SGD programme and initiatives.

·         Submission of reports including budget, financial, KPIs, audit, to stakeholders which include IMDA divisions, senior management, and ministries.

 

4.       System

·         Oversee the implementation, operations and enhancement of SGD’s internal system.

 

Requirements

·         At least 12 years’ relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role

·         Good leadership, communications, consulting & negotiation skills

·         Facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement experience is an added advantage

·         Strong leadership and conceptualisation ability

·         Vendor/ Partner Relationship Management skills

·         Project & People Management skills

 

Position will commensurate with experience.
